Orders take 2-4 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. Shipping is the charge for chicbyallyb.com order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipments go out M-F, we do not ship on Saturday & Sunday.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.
We offer 1-2 day express shipping for $38.99, please note this is 1-2 day transit time not processing time. Our orders normally take 1-3 business days to process. If you need your order ASAP please email us! We would be happy to accomadate you :)

Since we are an online boutique selling products from over 100 different vendors it is difficult to provide an exact size chart for each item. Please refer to the description of each style for how it runs (ex: True to size, oversized, for my taller babes, for my smaller chested babes etc.)
Of course, we do! Shop our Chic by Ally B E-gift Card options here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
