Chic by Ally B Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Chic by Ally B, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We're happy to help make the return process easy, and you'll find all return policy details below. If you have any additional questions, our customer care team is always here to help!
Return Eligibility Requirements
Chic by Ally B gladly accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges and do not provide shipping labels.
Your return must be in original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear. A restocking fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your return if the items are damaged or not packaged properly (i.e. rolled in a ball, wrinkly, or unbuttoned.) Shoes must be returned in their original condition, including the box. If any signs of wear are present on the returned shoes, they are subject to denial.
We do not accept returns for any international purchases.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses, Handbags, Hats)
- Swimwear
- Items in the sale section
- Items purchased at a discounted rate of 30% or more
- All items purchased during Flash Sale Livestreams
- All items in the Under $30 tab
Make a Return
1. Submit a request: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. See a list of eligible products here:
- WEBSITE ORDERS: Use this return portal to submit your return request
- APP ORDERS: Please send an email to chicbyallyb@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items you would like to return.
2. Approval: Once approved, make sure to ship your return within 5 days in order for the return to be accepted (no exceptions). Returns that are sent back without approval will be subject to rejection and/or a 50% restocking fee. Please follow the below instructions to ensure that your return is in acceptable condition.
- Ensure your name and order # are included with your return. Orders without this information are subject to delay in processing.
- Keep note of your tracking number once your return has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Processing: Return processing can take between 5-10 days of delivery. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email of your refunded credit. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam folder.
Additional Information
Defective & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please reach out to chicbyallyb@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to report the issue. Please include a photo of the damage and detail whether the external packaging is also damaged. This helps us determine whether it is a damage from shipment or a product defect.
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings, lighting, and photography, and are not considered defects or damages.
Once a damaged item has been reported and processed, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement item if it is in stock.
All damages reported outside of the 3 day window will not be considered for a replacement, refund, or credit. No exceptions.
Lost Orders & Shipping Delays
Chic by Ally B is not responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the original shipping costs or reshipment of the order. Once the package is returned to us, we can resend the order; however, the customer will be invoiced for the additional shipping and handling fees required for reshipment.
Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided with your order shipment confirmation email. This will allow you to view any additional updates that have been given from the shipment provider on your delivery. Please also confirm that the address entered for the order is correct. Chic by Ally B is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders due to an address mistake. We are also not responsible for stolen packages.
If your shipment says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors and/or call your local carrier office for more information. Once you have confirmed that your package is lost, please reach out to chicbyallyb@gmail.com so we may assist you in filing a shipping claim for your order. We are here to help and want to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible!
Excessive Returns & Account Limitations
Our return policy is designed to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns, store credit, or future orders in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, or behavior that falls outside the intended use of our policies.
Accounts that demonstrate repeated return activity may be flagged and become ineligible for future returns or store credit. In some cases, purchases may be considered final sale at our discretion.

We are sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting customer care via email within 3 days of delivery. If the item itself is damaged (no damage to external package), please contact chicbyallyb@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage.

Please note we ship out all international orders within 5 business days. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any international purchases.
Unfortunately at this time, Chic by Ally B does not accept exchanges. We hope to add this feature in the future!

Please allow up to 5-10 business days once we receive your return, to be processed — you will receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.
