Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 1-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way!
Yes! Each product page includes model measurements and size guidelines to help you find the best fit. If you still need additional sizing help, feel free to reach out to our customer care team — we’re always happy to assist!
No — we are currently an online-only boutique! You can shop all of our collections directly on our website. We do occasionally host pop-up events in South Florida, so be sure to follow us on Instagram to stay updated on upcoming locations and events!
Use your gift card or discount code on the checkout page and enter it in the box labeled "Discount code or gift card"
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be added or applied retroactively once an order has been submitted. Please make sure all discount codes are entered at checkout before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make exceptions under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments or price matching on previous purchases. Our promotions and sales are only valid during the advertised sale period, and prices may change at any time based on inventory, promotions, and product demand. We encourage customers to shop sales while they are live to take advantage of discounted pricing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Our team works quickly to process and prepare orders for shipment, which means orders are often sent into fulfillment shortly after checkout. We appreciate your understanding!
Shipping Questions

Yes! We offer two expedited shipping options for website customers who need their orders quickly:
• Express Shipping ($38.99): Delivery within 1–2 business days
• Skip the Line Shipping ($19.99): Same-day shipping for orders placed before 11 AM EST
Shipping options are available at checkout on our website only. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping on app orders.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. While we’re able to update addresses in most cases, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping on separate orders once they have been placed.
On the Chic By Ally B app, all orders placed before 11:59 PM on a given day are automatically combined and shipment is free after the first order. Please note we are unable to combine orders outside of this 24 hour window.
If you believe your package is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided with your order shipment confirmation email. This will allow you to view any additional updates that have been given from the shipment provider on your delivery. Please also confirm that the address entered for the order is correct. Chic by Ally B is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders due to an address mistake. We are also not responsible for stolen packages.
If your shipment says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors and/or call your local carrier office for more information. Once you have confirmed that your package is lost, please reach out to chicbyallyb@gmail.com so we may assist you in filing a shipping claim for your order. We are here to help and want to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible!
