I’m 5’0 170 pounds ordered a Large definitely could have sized down to a medium. The material is cotton but feels more expensive. The rylon helps give it a stretchy feel all the way around. I’m a teacher super cute and comfy for work. I wore them rolled up but werent too long at all still, could have worn a flat shoe with the pant legs rolled down and been fine. I did feel like the material stretched out through out the day and I had already adjusted the straps as far as they would go but other than that short girl approved definitely recommend buying!!
